Terms & Conditions - The Basics
A. About Learner Shack
Learner Shack provides educational content, primarily digital, downloadable products ("Products") in the form of printable cognitive activity kits, escape rooms, and games for children (ages 4-13).
B. Eligibility
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Our services are intended for purchase by adults (parents, guardians, or teachers) aged 18 and over.
C. Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
What to Include in the T&C Document
A. Digital Product Sales and Licensing (IP Protection)
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold by Learner Shack are digital, downloadable files (e.g., PDFs). No physical goods will be shipped.
2. Instant Delivery & No Refunds
Products are delivered digitally upon successful payment via a download link. All sales of digital, downloadable products are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only granted for specific technical or duplicate purchase issues as detailed in our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
The entire content of the Site and all digital Products are the exclusive property of Learner Shack and are protected by copyright laws.
When you purchase a Product, you are granted a limited, non-commercial license:

Permitted Use: You may print and use the Product for your own child or students within your own single classroom/home school setting.

Forbidden Use (No Sharing): You may NOT resell, redistribute, share the digital file (via email, cloud, etc.), or sublicense the content to any third parties outside your purchasing household or single classroom.
