Refund Policy - The Basics
A. Our Product Policy
Learner Shack sells intellectual property in the form of digital, downloadable PDF files (e.g., printable activity kits, games, and escape rooms).
Due to the inherent nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and cannot be "returned" once accessed:
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By completing a purchase, the customer gains immediate access to the intellectual property. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for purchases made, except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 3.
What to Include in the Refund Policy
A. No Refund Situations (Policy Enforcement)
Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:

Change of Mind: The customer simply changed their mind after purchase.

Customer Misuse: The customer cannot open the file because they lack the necessary software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF files).

Failure to Read: The customer failed to read the product description, requirements, or age guidance.

Licensing Violation: The customer attempts to obtain a refund after violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., by illegally sharing or reselling the file).
B. Exceptions and Conditions for Refund (Required by Law/Fairness)
We will provide a full refund or exchange only under the following specific circumstances, as they relate to our error:
1. Technical Issues / Corrupted File
If the downloaded PDF file is proven to be corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable (e.g., fails to open or prints incorrectly due to a file error on our side).

Process: The customer must contact us at hello@learnershack.com within 7 days of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by sending an alternative, working download link. If the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed.
2. Duplicate Purchase
If a customer accidentally purchases the exact same digital product more than once within a short period (e.g., 24 hours).

Process: The customer must contact us at hello@learnershack.com within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will verify the transaction logs and refund the cost of the unintended second purchase.
